On the sunny side of life

Stamina definitely is one of the key attributes of Sonya Looney: In all endurance competitions she took in 2008, she managed to land a place on the podest. Yes indeed, in every single one! She is a driver extraordinaire, who takes all trails, come what may: fast and narrow tracks, sharp corners, demanding climbing routes or rides in grueling 4000 meters above sea level.

Sonya is able to do all of this and keeps rushing from victory to victory. Having been trained as a solar design engineer it is no wonder that Sonya really is on the sunny side of race life, which also earned her the nickname „Smiley“. She likes to make people laugh, loves chocolate (if training schedules allow) and enjoys an occasional sun-bath. Sure thing.
